• Designed, built and now operates a UK structured-products investment platform for retail investors and their advisers. Delivered in under a year and live on the web with its first investors.

Agentic AI across my own products

• MCP servers and Claude connectors: built for Ship Keys, Mini Steps and Mini Navigator, with MCP clients in Mini Calls.
• Agents and tool use: autonomous agents in customers’ CI pipelines (Ship Keys), multi-agent handoff (Mini Calls), model choice by query complexity (Mini Navigator) and scheduled AI reports (Mini Ops).
• AI safety and human approval: owner-approved actions (Mini Steps, Mini Ops), strong privacy controls (Mini Navigator) and AI content moderation (IcAurora).
• Voice agents: end-to-end voice interaction through the MCP connector (Mini Steps), and phone and web voice agents with secured actions (Mini Calls).
• RAG and LangGraph: pipelines with human approval checkpoints and evals, my current work (Mini Engine).

AI and data consultancy for UK financial advice firms Oct 2026 to present

• Designed and costed a phased AI rollout with human approval for client documents.
• Data and MI work on Intelliflo Office: reconciling client books and building reporting inside the system.
• Building AI integrations for advice-firm systems, including Intelliflo Office.

• Accountable for six-monthly client valuation reports and annual costs and charges reporting for over 4,000 clients, ensuring accuracy before issue.
• Led a technical team of five, reporting to the managing director. Owned software, infrastructure, security, backup and disaster recovery, suppliers and data for a firm with £1bn+ in client assets. Also served as Deputy Data Protection Officer.
• Designed a React investment onboarding platform used by 80+ staff, including 18 advisers; cut application processing time by over 90% and removed paper applications.
• Consolidated 44 applications and 45 databases into a unified platform in stages; modernised virtualised infrastructure and built Power BI and Excel reporting for directors, advisers and compliance.
• Led the Lowes side of post-acquisition migration, integration and legacy decommissioning. Subsequently retained as a consultant by the former managing director.

• Ten years including PGCE placements (2008 to 2009), teaching computer science and mathematics at Excelsior Academy (2009 to 2014), and Head of Computer Science & New Technologies at Thomas Hepburn (2014 to 2018), leading a team of six.
• Led six staff across three subjects, achieving the academy’s highest results for three consecutive years: 100% A*-C in IT and Financial Management, and a 72.7% Computing pass rate against a 27% academy average.
• A career-long strength in explaining complex technology clearly, now used to train client teams and brief directors on AI.
